The facility is located between Park Avenue and Sheridan Avenue, east of Hudson Avenue (and immediately south of the new Norick Library & Learning Center). The new garage and streetscape incorporates an architectural style compatible with nearby buildings and a skywalk which links the two new multi-story garage structures. The Harvey Avenue street expansion is still taking place. Once completed, the street will allow parking patrons to enter and exit the parking facility with ease.
